-You may occupy our Guesthouse from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival and must leave by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
-Our Guesthouse can be occupied after official check-in, as well as upon payment of the full participation fee.
-Our colleague can be reached at any time if necessary at the +36 30 6609843 phone number.
-Guests take over the rooms in a clean, tidied state.
-In the case of a multi-day stay, cleaning and towel changes occur every three days, and for stays longer than 7 days, bed linen is changed once a week.
-We naturally fulfill requests differing from this for an additional fee.
-We undertake laundry and ironing for a surcharge, about the price and process of which you can request information from our colleague.
-Furnishings found in the guesthouse can only be rearranged with the prior consent of the host.
-When leaving the guesthouse area, it is necessary to lock the guesthouse door in every case.
-The host does not take responsibility for potential material damages or accidents resulting from improper use.
-The host takes no responsibility for the guests' personal property!
-Please do not take indoor furnishings (bed, bedding, mattress, tables, chairs, etc.) out into the garden.
-As in every household, it may happen in the guesthouse that something breaks or malfunctions through no fault of the guests.
-If you experience any irregularity, please be kind enough to indicate it to our colleague as soon as possible to avoid potential more serious damages.
-Please be kind enough to indicate the time of final departure from the guesthouse upon arrival.
-Upon final departure from the Guesthouse, the key must be handed over to the host.
-At the time of departure, our colleague will take over the room and check it based on the room inventory.
-Should we notice a discrepancy or damage during the inventory check, the guest is obliged to pay the value of the missing or damaged items immediately.
-heating: central heating operates in the rooms during the heating season, which you can control via the wall thermostat.
-You can control the heating of the bathroom with a separate panel found on the bathroom wall.
-There is a Wi-Fi connection in the guesthouse area, the use of which is free.
-The guesthouse provides a free enclosed parking lot for guests.
-Please place your vehicles only in this parking lot.
-We do not accept pets in our guesthouse.
-We kindly call your attention to the fact that smoking is prohibited in the guesthouse area.
-Smoking is only allowed outside the building, in the designated smoking area.
-Guests—in the interest of the peace of those living in their environment—should please comply with the provisions of the relevant noise regulations!
-Immediate expulsion from the entire guesthouse area follows unworthy and uncivilized conduct, behavior violating public morals, shouting, or the disturbance of others' peace and the community's rest (with special regard to outdoor music listening, singing, and other activities involving noise occurring between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM).
